Easy and satisfying ham, egg, and cheese breakfast casserole, no bread needed. Add sliced scallions or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
Ingredients:
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooking spray
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded American cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9-inch deep-dish pie pan.
  • In a large bowl, vigorously whisk eggs until frothy. Incorporate milk, salt, and pepper until fully mixed. Add ham and cheese, stirring until well combined. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan.
  • Bake until the center is set and the top is lightly browned, about 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven.
