Easy ham and cheese pinwheels made with puff pastry, ready in just 30 minutes. Perfect party snack, guaranteed to disappear quickly!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, or more to taste
  • 7 slices deli ham
  • 7 slices mild Cheddar cheese, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with a cozy layer of parchment paper.
  • Lightly dust a flat work surface with flour. Unroll the puff pastry and roll it out into a rectangle. Spread mustard over the pastry, then add Cheddar cheese slices, leaving a 1-inch border. Place a layer of ham slices on top. Roll the puff pastry tightly, similar to a jelly roll.
  • Cut puff pastry roll into 1/4-inch-thick slices and arrange on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven on the center rack for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
