Create a quick and delicious hash brown casserole by layering refrigerated potatoes and baking it for a warm and comforting meal. Ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (1 lb 4 oz) refrigerated hash brown potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 2 cups shredded Colby or mild Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup chive-and-onion sour cream potato topper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously spray an 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine potatoes, ham, and 1 1/2 cups of cheese in a large bowl. Spread the mixture in a baking dish. Using the same bowl, whisk together sour cream, milk, and seasoned salt until smooth. Pour this mixture over the potato mixture and stir well to combine. Cover the baking dish with foil before baking.
  • Bake for 45 minutes initially. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes uncovered, or until bubbly and heated through.
