Ingredients:
  • 2 frozen hash browns
  • 100g smoked salmon, torn
  • Poached eggs, to serve
  • Hollandaise sauce, to serve
  • Finely chopped chives, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the waffle maker, then place 1 frozen hash brown on each plate. Cook with the lid partially closed for 5 minutes until softened, then fully close the lid and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until crisp to your preference.
  • Layer smoked salmon over warm hash browns, place poached eggs on top, drizzle with hollandaise sauce, sprinkle with chives, season to taste, and enjoy.
