Golden crisp hash brown waffle - ready to top and enjoy in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (5.2 oz) Betty Crocker™ Seasoned Skillets® hash brown potatoes
  • Hot water, salt and margarine called for on potato box
Instructions:
  • Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease with vegetable oil or cooking spray if it's not nonstick.
  • Prepare boxed potatoes according to package instructions. Once cooked, transfer the potatoes to a bowl. Take two (1/2 cup) scoops of mashed potatoes from the bowl and place them onto a hot waffle iron to create two waffles. Close the waffle iron lid.
  • Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Carefully remove the waffles and serve immediately. Keep warm by covering if needed. Repeat with the remaining potatoes and serve with desired toppings.
