Spiced chicken breast baked in parchment paper for a juicy, hassle-free meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 (12 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • parchment paper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine garlic powder, paprika, mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Coat each chicken breast with olive oil and generously sprinkle with the spice mixture. Transfer the seasoned chicken breasts to a baking sheet, top each with a tablespoon of butter, and wrap them in parchment paper, ensuring they are fully sealed.
  • Bake the chicken until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, approximately 35 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer reads at least 165°F (74°C). Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after removing from the oven.
