Create a chic holiday party appetizer in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • Green or clear plastic wrap
  • 1 floral foam wreath form, 10 inches in diameter and about 2 inches thick
  • 1 head curly endive, bibb or leaf lettuce
  • 1 1/2 lb extra-large cooked tail-on shrimp (about 40 shrimp), thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1 cup cocktail sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped seeded peeled cucumber
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Instructions:
  • Cut four 18-inch-long sheets of plastic wrap and fold them in half lengthwise. Next, wrap the wreath completely with the plastic wrap, ensuring the wreath is fully covered. Then, place the wrapped wreath on a serving plate and cover it with lettuce leaves for presentation.
  • Combine shrimp, fresh lemon juice, and seafood seasoning in a large bowl. Place the shrimp on the wreath, using their natural curve to beautifully cover the outer edge of the wreath.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and transfer to a serving bowl. Arrange the bowl of sauce in the center of the wreath for dipping. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
