Delicious dairy-free oat milk: easy and flavorful homemade alternative.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water, or to taste
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Combine water, oats, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Blend for about 1 minute until just combined to avoid sliminess.
  • Strain the mixture through a thin towel or fine strainer into a bowl for a smooth texture. Chill the oat milk in a container in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
