Irresistibly delicious, you'll want to make these on repeat!
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons malt vinegar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) while placing 2 baking sheets inside to heat for 10 minutes.
  • Coat sliced potatoes evenly with a generous drizzle of olive oil and a perfect seasoning of salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Take out the baking sheets from the oven and neatly lay out the potato slices in a single layer.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until the potatoes are golden on the bottom, for approximately 30 minutes. Take out of the oven, generously drizzle with vinegar, and serve hot.
