Honey Brie Rolls

Decadent Brie-filled rolls drizzled with warm honey are irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 oz Brie cheese, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and generously grease a 10-inch ovenproof cast-iron skillet.
  • In a medium bowl, combine sugar, Bisquick mix, and milk until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, slowly add up to 1/4 cup more Bisquick mix until the dough is easy to handle. Transfer the dough onto a surface lightly dusted with Bisquick mix; gently roll the dough to coat. Shape the dough into a ball and knead it 10 times.
  • Roll out the dough into a 15x9-inch rectangle, then generously spread olive oil over it. Evenly sprinkle thyme, pepper, and cheese on top. Roll up the dough tightly starting from the 15-inch side, sealing the edge by pinching it. Cut the roll into 1 1/4-inch slices and place them cut side down in a skillet.
  • Bake until golden brown, 23 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before drizzling with honey.
