"Midnight Indulgence Brie": Brie wrapped in flaky pastry, topped with pecans, honey, and baked to perfection. Perfect with Sauvignon Blanc.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) round Brie cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1.5 cups honey
  • 1.5 cups pecan halves
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C) while unwrapping the Brie wheel and crescent rolls.
  • Take out the crescent roll dough and envelop the Brie, ensuring the cheese is sealed inside. Transfer to a 9x9 inch baking dish. Top with pecan halves and generously drizzle honey over it all.
  • Roast in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is gooey. Pair with apple slices or cornbread crackers.
