Indulgent batter with butter, sugar, cream, rum, and hot water for a festive winter cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions:
  • Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until smooth. Stir in the ice cream. Transfer to a sealable container and freeze.
  • Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons of the base into a mug. Add 1 shot of dark rum and pour in 1 cup of hot water per serving when ready to use.
