Indulgent crab dip with creamy cheeses, spices, and crunchy almonds.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 medium green onions, thinly sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or apple juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, cartilage removed and flaked
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients, excluding crabmeat, almonds, and crackers, in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Gently fold in the crabmeat.
  • Spread the flavorful crabmeat mixture in a pie plate or casserole dish, then generously sprinkle with crunchy almonds for a delightful touch.
  • Bake without covering for 15 to 20 minutes until the dish is hot and bubbling. Enjoy with your favorite crackers.
