Instant Pot® low-carb keto chicken breasts: Simple and delicious with minimal ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved horizontally
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
  • Season both sides of the chicken with a flavorful blend of Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat a multi-functional pressure cooker (Instant Pot®) on Saute mode. Once hot, melt butter with oil. Sear chicken until golden brown on each side, about 3 minutes. Pour in broth and stop the cooking process by pressing Cancel.
  • Securely seal the lid and activate high pressure as per the manufacturer's guidelines. Cook for 3 minutes, then let the pressure naturally build for 10 minutes.
  • Follow manufacturer's instructions to naturally release pressure for 20 minutes. Then carefully use the quick-release method for remaining pressure for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
