Spice up your honey-glazed ham with a quick Instant Pot® twist for a flavorful dish with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds boneless, spiral cut whole ham
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
Instructions:
  • Fill your multi-functional pressure cooker with water and gently place the ham on top. Mix honey and sriracha in a bowl and drizzle over the ham. Securely close the lid.
  • Choose the high-pressure setting following the manufacturer's guidelines and set the timer for 10 minutes. Let the pressure build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions to naturally release the pressure for approximately 10 to 40 minutes. Then, place the ham on a plate and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
