Tender fall-off-the-bone ribs cooked quickly in the Instant Pot. Ready in just over an hour.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
  • 2 bay leaves, or more to taste
  • 2 racks baby back pork ribs
Instructions:
  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker like Instant Pot, mix together juice, vinegar, and liquid smoke. Add bay leaves.
  • Place a trivet in the pot and arrange the ribs on top, adjusting as necessary to fit. Seal the lid, set the valve to sealing, choose high pressure, and cook for 15 minutes. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 to 15 minutes before opening.
  • Allow the pressure to naturally release for about 15 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions. Unlock the lid and carefully remove it.
