Energizing Japanese-style lunch for all-day satisfaction.
Ingredients:
  • 125g Uncle Ben's® Microwave Brown Rice Cups
  • 75g snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small avocado, chopped
  • 95g can lemon pepper tuna, drained
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 39.60 gm Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp wasabi paste
Instructions:
  • Prepare fluffy rice effortlessly by microwaving according to the packet instructions.
  • Place snow peas in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let sit for 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water to refresh. Drain excess water.
  • Combine avocado, tuna, onion, snow peas, and rice in a bowl. Season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, then gently toss everything together.
  • Mix together mayonnaise, wasabi, and 1 tablespoon of water until smooth in a small bowl or glass. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
