Try these quick and delicious cheesy camembert bites - a crispy Jatz biscuit base with gooey camembert cheese, ready in just 25 minutes. Perfect for your next party!
Ingredients:
  • 40g (1/4 cup) plain flour
  • 2 x 125g wheels of camembert
  • 100g crackers, crushed
  • Cranberry sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan forced and line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread flour on a plate, whisk eggs in a wide shallow bowl, and spread crushed Jatz on another wide shallow bowl.
  • Slice each camembert wheel into 8 uniform wedges. Lightly coat them in flour and shake off any excess. Using one hand, dip each wedge into the egg mixture, ensuring even coating. Then, transfer to the Jatz crumbs and use your other hand to coat thoroughly by rolling and pressing firmly.
  • Place the wedges neatly on the tray and evenly coat with olive oil using a sprayer. Bake for around 7 minutes or until they turn a light golden brown with the cheese becoming soft and slightly gooey. Enjoy immediately with a side of cranberry sauce for dipping.
