Colorful Jell-O sugar cookies for a flavorful twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O™ gelatin strawberry-flavored
  • 1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O™ gelatin berry blue-flavored
  • 1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O™ gelatin lime-flavored
  • 1 box (4-serving size) Jell-O™ gelatin orange-flavored
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine cookie mix, softened butter, and egg in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed. Divide the dough into 4 small bowls.
  • Add half a packet of each color gelatin to each bowl and knead the dough until the color is well combined. Divide each bowl of dough into 5 small balls.
  • Spread the leftover gelatin evenly on 4 small plates. Coat each ball of dough in its matching color and then arrange them on a cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each one.
  • Bake for around 12 minutes, or until the edges turn a light golden color. Allow to cool completely before serving.
