Lazy-Day Lasagna

Easy cheesy lasagna, hassle-free and ideal for a dinner feast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 container (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce (3 cups)
  • 8 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 bag (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°. Combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a bowl, stirring until well mixed.
  • Prepare a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Evenly spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce over the bottom of the dish. Layer with 4 uncooked lasagna noodles.
  • Spread a generous layer of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles, using the back of a spoon. Top it off with a generous layer of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Layer 1 cup of spaghetti sauce over the mozzarella cheese. Repeat with 4 lasagna noodles, remaining ricotta cheese mixture, and 1 cup spaghetti sauce. Ensure noodles are fully covered with sauce. Finish with remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake until lasagna is bubbly in the center and cheese is gooey, typically around 40-45 minutes. Carefully use oven mitts to remove the hot pan from the oven. Allow the lasagna to cool for 15 minutes before cutting into 8 equal portions with a knife.
