Transform Thanksgiving stuffing into crispy patties, perfect with gravy.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1 small egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper, then transfer the leftover stuffing to a mixing bowl. Mix in the beaten egg until fully incorporated.
  • Shape 1/2 cup of mixture into a patty, then place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat this process 3 more times to make a total of 4 patties.
  • Chill baking sheet in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil until shimmering. Add patties, cook for 5 minutes without moving, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes until desired crust forms.
