Transform stuffing into crispy waffles, adjusting turkey stock as needed for perfect texture.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 0.5 cup turkey stock, or more as needed
  • 0.5 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups prepared cornbread stuffing
Instructions:
  • Brush the plates of a rectangular waffle iron with luscious melted butter and preheat it to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix together stock, rubbed sage, and ground black pepper. Add the egg and whisk vigorously until fully combined. Fold in the leftover stuffing until a thick and coarse batter forms.
  • Ladle the batter onto the hot waffle iron, ensuring it spreads evenly towards the top.
  • Cook the waffles on medium-high heat until golden brown and they easily release from the waffle iron, about 10-15 minutes. Serve while warm.
