Lime and cayenne marinade elevates grilled mahi mahi with bold flavors and a zesty kick.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 (4 ounce) mahi mahi fillets
  • 2 twists lime zest
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, lime zest, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and add mahi mahi fillets, ensuring they are fully coated. Marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes.
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by preheating it to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Take the mahi mahi out of the marinade and gently shake off any extra. Dispose of the rest of the marinade.
  • Grill mahi mahi until flaky and lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve garnished with twists of lime zest.
