Ingredients:
  • 2 cups plain whole fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup limoncello
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced with seeds removed
Instructions:
  • Whisk together the yogurt, honey, and limoncello in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Prepare the popsicle molds by lining each with a delicate lemon slice. For effortless pouring, consider transferring the mixture to a spouted cup. Evenly distribute the yogurt pop mixture among the molds.
  • Chill: Allow the molds to freeze for 4 hours or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
