Elevate winter drinks with this indulgent honey hot chocolate featuring a delightful mix of chocolate and crunchy toppings for a flavor explosion.
Ingredients:
  • 14.40 gm honey
  • 50g honeycomb chocolate bar
  • 1 sachet Instant Hot Choc Blend chocolate
  • 200ml boiling water
  • 5 marshmallows, lightly toasted
  • 60ml cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • Natural honeycomb, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Coat the rim of a heatproof serving glass with honey and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Chop half of the chocolate bar finely and place it in a small bowl. Cut the rest of the chocolate bar into shards.
  • Combine the hot chocolate sachet with boiling water in a heatproof jug, stirring until smooth.
  • Take out the chilled glass and rim it with chopped chocolate bar. Fill the glass with the hot chocolate mixture and garnish with 2 marshmallows.
  • In a bowl, combine cream and vanilla by gently folding. Drizzle over the hot chocolate. Garnish with chocolate bar shards, remaining marshmallows, and optional natural honeycomb. Serve and enjoy!
