Tender boiled carrots coated in warm, sweet maple syrup and butter - a simple and quick side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds baby carrots
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup maple syrup
Instructions:
  • In a pot, cover carrots with salted water and bring to a flavorful boil. Simmer gently until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and elegantly transfer to a serving bowl.
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, gently melt butter. Add maple syrup and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until warm. Pour over carrots, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
