Fall Flip Cocktail: Rum, maple syrup, rosemary, nutmeg, sugar, and a whole egg shaken for a delicious seasonal twist on a classic drink.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 ounces aged rum (such as Appleton Estate)
  • 1/2 ounces orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
  • 1/2 ounces pure maple syrup
  • 1 pasteurized whole egg
  • Ice
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • Grated fresh nutmeg, for garnish
Instructions:
  • In a cocktail shaker, shake rum, orange liqueur, maple syrup, and egg until mixture begins to emulsify, about 45 seconds. Add ice and rosemary, then shake until shaker is frosted, about 30 seconds. Strain into a glass and garnish with nutmeg.
