Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups mango nectar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon habanero hot sauce
  • 1 pound skirt steak
Instructions:
  • Combine the mango nectar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and hot sauce in a bowl. Add the steak to the marinade and let it sit for 8 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to high heat and giving the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Grill steaks for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until they are slightly firm, hot, and pink in the center. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
  • After grilling, let the steak rest for 2 minutes under a cozy cover before slicing against the grain and serving.
