Ingredients:
- 115g marmalade
- 150g creme fraiche
- 250ml thick Greek-style yoghurt
- 20.00 ml whisky (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine the marmalade, creme fraiche, yogurt, and whisky in a bowl. Mix well with a wooden spoon, then transfer the mixture to an ice-cream machine and follow the manufacturer's directions to churn.
