Velvety mashed potatoes made rich and creamy with heavy cream.
Ingredients:
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, or more to taste
  • 0.5 cup salted butter, cubed
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, generously cover potatoes with salted water and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium-low heat until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Combine cream, butter, salt, and pepper with the potatoes until luxuriously smooth. Adjust consistency with more cream for extra creamy potatoes.
