Garlic-herb mayo chicken: juicy chicken coated in mayo, garlic, herbs, and Parmesan, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 whole chicken, cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, lay the chicken pieces. Combine mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Spread the flavorful mayonnaise mixture over the chicken and generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Roast until the center is no longer pink and juices run clear, for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, reaching an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C) with an instant-read thermometer.
