Cheesy ham-stuffed beef meatloaf fusion - a delicious twist on classics.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced cooked ham
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect baking results.
  • Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, and onion in a medium bowl. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Flatten the mixture on waxed paper to 1/2-inch thickness. Layer ham slices and cheese on top. Roll the meat into a log shape using the waxed paper. Seal the ends and seam before placing the loaf in a 9x5-inch pan.
  • Roast in the oven at the perfect temperature for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the loaf is fully cooked through.
