Ingredients:
  • 161.25 gm caster sugar
  • 125.00 gm water
  • 5 passionfruit
  • 65.63 gm freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 rockmelon, cut into 3cm cubes
  • 1/2 honeydew melon, cut into 3cm cubes
  • 1/4 watermelon, cut into 3cm cubes
Instructions:
  • Thread 12 small bamboo skewers. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in passionfruit pulp and orange juice. Chill in a covered bowl or jug until cold.
  • Skewer the rockmelon, honeydew, and watermelon pieces alternately on bamboo skewers. Chill on a platter for 10 minutes, then serve with orange and passionfruit syrup.
