Try this heavenly recipe for melt-in-your-mouth cornstarch cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 0.75 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Mix together the dry ingredients. Beat the butter until light and fluffy. Combine the butter with the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and arrange them 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Press them down with a floured fork. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Avoid overbaking.
