Ingredients:
  • 40.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 72.00 gm white sugar
  • 40.00 ml Milo (or other chocolate powder)
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 41.20 gm full-cream milk
Instructions:
  • In a large coffee mug, mix together flour, sugar, and milo.
  • Combine egg, milk, and oil, stirring until smooth. Microwave on high for 3 and a half minutes. Place a small plate underneath the mug to catch any overflow while baking.
  • Garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the mug.
