Indulgent microwave chocolate-hazelnut cake with cocoa powder and self-rising flour.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup self-rising flour
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, sugar, egg, cocoa powder, chocolate-hazelnut spread, milk, and vegetable oil in a large coffee mug. Mix with a fork until smooth.
  • Microwave on High until perfectly cooked in the center, for 90 seconds to 3 minutes.
