Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 0.5 cup self-rising flour
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together butter and sugar until smooth. Slowly add in egg and milk, ensuring the batter remains smooth. Sift in flour and gently fold to combine. Transfer the mixture to a 1-pint microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave uncovered until the pudding is set with a slight jiggle and sticky top, approximately 3 1/2 minutes on high. Serve piping hot.
