Creamy mayo, sweet bananas, and rich chocolate chips make these muffins irresistible.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare a dozen muffin cups by greasing them or using paper liners.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl. Mix in bananas, mayonnaise, and chocolate chips until fully incorporated. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for around 20 minutes until golden and the tops spring back when lightly pressed.
