Feta, tomato, and basil pasta tossed in a flavorful saute with fresh tomatoes, spinach, and garlic. Vibrant and aromatic dish.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 8 ounces tomato basil feta cheese
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pasta as instructed on the package, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, heat oil. Add tomatoes, spinach, and garlic; sauté for 2 minutes until spinach wilts and mixture is heated through. Stir in pasta and cheese; cook for an additional minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
