Elevate your breakfast game with this one-pan dish inspired by midnight cravings. Perfect for serving three or more, easily customize and savor this champion-worthy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 3 rashers of higher-welfare smoked streaky bacon
  • 4 higher-welfare chipolatas
  • olive oil
  • 160 g ripe tomatoes
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 3 slices of bread
Instructions:
  • Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and sausages, drizzle in ½ tablespoon of olive oil, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until the bacon is golden and sausages are cooked, turning occasionally. Remove bacon and sausages from the pan, leaving the fat. Reduce heat to low. Halve or quarter the tomatoes and add to the pan. Cook for a few minutes. Crack eggs into the pan, arranging the tomatoes on top. Slice the bacon and sausages and return them to the pan. Season with black pepper, cover, and cook until eggs are done to your preference. Toast the bread and gently release the edges of the eggs. Slide everything onto a platter and serve. Enjoy with your favorite condiments.
