Create a vibrant salad bursting with the peak flavors of fresh oranges.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large oranges, peeled, pith removed and discarded, sliced into 2cm rounds
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 60.00 ml finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 21.00 gm orange juice
  • 2 tsp orange blossom water*
  • 40.00 ml slivered pistachios, to serve
Instructions:
  • Place orange slices elegantly on a platter. Sprinkle with chopped onion and fresh parsley. Drizzle with a mixture of oil, juice, and blossom water, then season to taste. Toss the salad right before serving, adding a touch of freshly ground pepper. Finish by garnishing with nuts for an added crunch.
