Oreo® Cheesecake with Kit Kat® and M&M's®

Decadent Oreo® and Nutella® cheesecake, coated with candy bars, a chocolate lover's dream for all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®)
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
  • 1.5 teaspoons milk
  • 7 (1.5 ounce) bars chocolate-covered wafer candy bars (such as Kit Kat®)
  • 5 (1.69 ounce) packages candy-coated milk chocolate pieces (such as M&M's®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Combine crushed cookies, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of white sugar in a bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to create a crust.
  • In a large bowl, cream together four 8-ounce packages of cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups of white sugar until smooth. Gradually mix in 3/4 cup of milk until well combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated. Stir in sour cream, flour, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Layer a third of the creamy cheese blend over the crust and sprinkle with chopped cookies. Finish by pouring the rest of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
  • Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Allow it to cool in the oven with the door closed for 15 minutes before refrigerating until completely chilled, at least 1 hour.
  • Combine confectioners' sugar, half of an 8-ounce package of cream cheese, and chocolate-hazelnut spread in a bowl. Mix in 1 1/2 teaspoons milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and salt until frosting is smooth.
  • Unmold the springform pan from the cheesecake. Frost the entire cheesecake, then garnish the sides with wafer candy bars and sprinkle chocolate pieces on top.
