Oysters with teriyaki dressing

Ingredients:
  • 24 oysters in half shells
  • 24 fresh coriander leaves
  • Ground black pepper, to serve
  • 20.00 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 1 green shallot, thinly diagonally sliced, layers separated
  • 10.60 gm fresh lime juice
Instructions:
  • Mix together the teriyaki sauce, green shallot, and lime juice in a small bowl or jar with a lid.
  • Arrange the oysters on a platter, drizzle each with teriyaki dressing, add a coriander leaf on top, sprinkle with pepper. Serve right away or chill in the fridge for up to 30 minutes.
