Effortlessly make delicious rolls in a bread maker - no kneading required. These rolls are unparalleled in taste, and bread improver is optional for an equally satisfying result.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3.25 cups bread flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon bread improver
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup canned evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup dry bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Combine yeast, bread flour, bread improver, sugar, salt, margarine, eggs, and 1 cup of evaporated milk in a bread machine following the manufacturer's guidelines. Start the machine on the Dough cycle.
  • After the dough cycle is complete, shape it into 2-inch balls. Dip each ball first in the leftover evaporated milk and then in the dry bread crumbs. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet with the crumb side facing up. Cover loosely and let them rise until doubled in size, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then bake the rolls until beautifully golden on top and bottom, about 8 minutes.
