Indulge in our quick and tasty PB&J pancakes for a breakfast twist on the classic sandwich in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup jelly
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
  • Combine Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, and eggs in a medium bowl. Mix in peanut butter until well blended.
  • Preheat griddle or skillet until it reaches 375°F. Lightly oil the griddle if needed. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle. Cook for about 3 minutes until the edges are dry and bubbles appear on top. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Simmer jelly in a small saucepan over low heat. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water, then stir into the jelly until smooth.
  • Drizzle pancakes with a delightful jelly syrup before serving.
