Make a delicious peach cobbler using any type of peaches and other fruits, without stirring the biscuit batter and fruit mixture.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and while it heats up, let the butter or margarine melt in the 9x13 inch pan in the oven.
  • Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a medium bowl, then mix in the milk until well combined.
  • Take the pan of melted butter out of the oven. Pour the mixture into the pan without stirring. Spread the pie filling over the batter without mixing it in.
  • Bake until the fruit is bubbly, the batter is set, and golden brown, about 50-60 minutes in a preheated oven.
