Peachy granola oat crisp - a sweet, crunchy delight!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup quick cooking oats
  • 0.5 cup honey-sweetened granola
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 5 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix oats, granola, brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons flour in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup butter and blend until crumbly.
  • Place peach slices in an 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour. Top with oat mixture, then add cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Finish with pecans.
  • Bake until golden brown in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
