Irresistible peanut butter chocolate cookies - a crowd favorite recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla and beat well. Stir in flour, wheat flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Mix in oats and chocolate chips. Spoon rounded dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes or until the edges turn golden. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
