Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 pound thinly sliced pancetta bacon, chopped
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vodka
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1.5 cups tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook pancetta until lightly browned. Stir in vodka and cook until reduced by half, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and cream, simmer uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Combine the pasta and heat together until warmed through. Top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
