Effortless Peach Cobbler: Mini ramekin cobblers made with crescent roll dough, perfect with a dollop of ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups diced fresh peaches
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated reduced-fat crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon water, or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) for perfect baking temperature.
  • In each of the 8 individual ramekins, arrange 1 cup of peaches. Combine 1/2 cup of water with white sugar in a bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour the sugar mixture evenly over the peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top of the peaches. Finish by placing about 3/4 teaspoon of butter on each serving of peaches.
  • Gently unwrap and divide crescent roll dough; wrap each peach in a single piece of dough in separate ramekins. Make small cuts in the dough for airflow while baking. Brush each roll lightly with water and sprinkle about 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar over the top. Place ramekins on a baking sheet for baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cobblers are golden brown, about 11 to 13 minutes. Let them cool for 20 minutes before enjoying.
